Just fill out our referral form to send a referral to us & we promise to take excellent care of our mutual client.

We Make Contact
We’ll review the information you’ve provided and call your client to walk them through their options.

We Pay You
We will pay Realtors 25% of management fees for 1st Year's Property Management Referrals.
Referral fees are paid upon the execution of a 1-year Management Agreement, and RentLife Property Management leases the vacant property.
** If the home is already occupied, or if the referring agent is going to lease the property instead, RentLife Property Management will pay the Realtor 10% of property management fees for the first year.
